Guidance when leaving Japan

GTN Mobile`s basic fees will still be charged even if you are not in Japan.
If you go back home without contacting GTN Mobile, your bills may remain pending for months and thus leading to contract termination.

If you have any plans to temporarily or permanently leave Japan, please let us know in advance and complete the necessary procedures for cancellation.

If you do not have any plans to come back to Japan

Please do contact us for cancellation of the service before your departure
We will guide you on how to cancel the contract and pay the remaining bills.

Temporarily leaving Japan, and not being able to pay by the due date

Please do contact us in this case too

  • We will adjust your bills for advance payments via convenience store.
  • You can change your payment method to bank automatic withdrawal.
  • In case of bank automatic withdrawal, please do not forget to deposit enough money in your account before your departure.

Temporarily leaving Japan, however, can meet the payment due date

Please settle all the bills before your departure if you have already received one.

Do not forget to contact us if you are in your country and you think you cannot pay by due date.
