Required documents for application

Required documents are different depends on the which plan you would like to apply for so please check in advance.
Please note that we may ask to confirm your personal information or submit additional documents if the documents you have submitted are insufficient or unclear.

Application for Voice Call SIM card

If you would like to apply for the voice call plans, you may need prepare the following documents...

※ For those with short-term visa we strongly recommend you to apply for the​ ​「データ専用SIM・Wifiルータ」.

Customers with Student Visa
The following 2 documents are required. Please make sure that these documents are valid.

1.Residence Card (front & back side)

In case the period of stay is less than 60 days, customers can apply only if the payment method is set as the contractor's credit card.
* Residence card without current registered address will not be accepted.

2. Student Card (front & back side)

A valid student card with face photo and name.​ ​
* Certificate of admission is accepted if your student card has not been issued.

Customers with other Long-term Visas

The following 2 documents are required. Please make sure that these documents are valid.

1.Residence Card (front & back side)

在留期限ま60日未満の場合は、毎月料金のお支払い方法が契約者ご本人名義のクレジットカードに限り、お申し込みいただけます。
* Residence card without current registered address will not be accepted.

2. Auxiliary documents (one of the below)

  • Passport (1st identification page)
  • Insurance Card
  • Basic Resident Register Card

データ専用SIM・Wifiルーターをお申し込みの方

データ専用SIM・Wifiルーターをお申し込みの場合は、下記書類が必要となります。

短期ビザ(60日未満)の方
The following document is required.

1. Foreign issued passport

* Please take a photo of your passport page with your name, photo and passport number on it.

長期ビザ(60日以上)の方

The following 2 documents are required. Please make sure that these documents are valid.

1.Residence Card (front & back side)
